First check your activity and registration under Settings: the rate changes entirely between sale of goods (12.30%), commercial services (21.20%) and liberal professions (23.20% with CIPAV, 25.60% with SSI). Check too whether the flat-rate income tax option and the reduced ACRE rate are switched on. The line-by-line breakdown in the Charges tab shows the base and the rate of every component.
Its rate depends on your department and we do not guess it: enter it under Settings → Chamber of trades rate. It is also not due if your annual turnover stays at or below €5,000.
Charges tab, then Export. You get a PDF carrying the legally required entries and a CSV for your accountant. One export is free each quarter; beyond that, a short video unlocks three more, or the Pro subscription makes them unlimited.
Data is stored on the device: export your registers as PDF and CSV before switching. Syncing between devices does not exist yet.
From your App Store or Google Play account settings. After reinstalling, use Settings → Restore purchases.
Uninstalling the app erases every entry from the device. We hold no copy.
