App "Auto-Entrepreneur : Compta" — last updated 11 September 2026
These terms govern the use of the app "Auto-Entrepreneur : Compta", published by Aissa Aissaoui (Vivaxi Labs). By installing the app you accept them.
The app helps you track your income and expenses, estimates the charges due on your turnover, and produces an exportable revenue book.
It files nothing on your behalf. It transmits no data to URSSAF, to the tax authorities or to any third party, and is affiliated with no public body. The figures shown are estimates computed from published rates and from the information you enter. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your filings and for checking the amounts before declaring them. When in doubt, consult an accountant or the relevant authority.
The rates and ceilings built into the app are those published for the current year and are checked at each release. Regulations may change between two versions: make sure your app is up to date before filing.
Your entries are stored on your device only. Backing them up is your responsibility: export your revenue book regularly. Uninstalling the app permanently erases the data. See the privacy policy.
Recording income and expenses is free and unlimited. The free version shows advertising and applies a quota to certain features, including one free export per period.
The Pro subscription comes in two plans, monthly and yearly, each preceded by a 7-day free trial. The prices shown in the app are those of your App Store or Google Play account.
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob as banners, interstitials, an ad on returning from the background, and optional videos that unlock a feature. Videos are never forced: you choose to watch them.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for data loss, financial loss or any penalty resulting from an incorrect filing, a mistyped amount, a missing backup or the app being unavailable. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
The app, its code and its contents remain the property of the publisher. Your accounting data belongs to you.
These terms are governed by French law.
